Halloween is coming!

Hey Lovely Blog Readers!
Hope you are all well!
I can't believe it's October!! :)
It's scary how fast time goes :(
but you know what that means...

Yup I love Halloween because I love having an excuse to dressup as something new! :)
This year I have a costume in mind that will make me look completely different to how I look at the minute-which I think would be super fun :)
Over the last couple of weeks I've had a few messages asking me where I got past Halloween costumes so I've decided to put them up on here in the shop section incase anyone is interested in purchasing them :)
Here are the costumes that will be available in the 'Shop' section of this website...
Sexy Gypsy or Esmerelda!

I love this costume because it's sexy but the long skirt means you aren't showing "too much" and there's still something left to the imagination :p I work quite hard on my stomach so when I'm feeling fit I like to show it off and this is the perfect costume for that! it's only October so show off your beach abs before Christmas sets in :P The mix of purple and blue really makes this outfit eye catching :)
Black Catsuit:
product-enlarged
A Catsuit is always a hit! You are covered from head-toe but you still have a sexy sleek look :) wear with a whip and be a "dominatrix" or get some cat ears and be cat woman :)
Both of these outfits are a S-M (Small to medium) but stretch and adjust to fit.
Getting in the spirit of Halloween I did a local shoot in Galway the other day for Monroes! It felt very "Hocuspocus" because we (myself, my friend, Sian, and the stylist, Judy, were 3 witches) which meant we had a black haired, red haired, and blonde haired witch just like the movie... ;)
It was a laid back and easy going shoot and my make-up was crazy-In a good way! :)

I like trying something different and this was a very dramatic makeup look which consisted of purple sparkly lips, purple contouring, huge eyelashes and purple diamonds on my temples and side of my face- all done by the lovely Catherine O'Donohoe.
The outfits were from Laura Jane and styled by Sunny Juddy and the shoot took place in Monroes attick around a witches coldran. Keep an eye out for the shots around Galway on the Halloween posters for Monroes and in The Craic in Galway magazine.

PART 2:
Now in the second part of this blog I'd like to express something a little more personal...
 Friendship:

If there's anything that makes you grow and come into your own it's travel and having spent 3months abroad this year I came to a couple of realisations: one being...

Travelling and simply growing up has helped me to realise that it's ok to let go...

Nobody is perfect and nobody is the perfect friend all of the time but if you have anyone around you who goes out of their way to bring you down, hurt your feelings, talk bad about you behind your back and just in general act completely negative towards you then you need to let go of that person/those people (regardless of the past you've shared and may cling on to) because it will eventually drain you and become too much!

I had a couple of people in my life who were less than a friend to me for quite some time now from put down comments, to bitching behind my back, insulting my family and much more. I don't hold any bitterness, I'm not arguing, but I've simply grown, learnt and let go!

Beauty Product Review:
I recently ran out of my regular foundation so when I was in Penneys/Primark I picked up a cheap one by Catrice. I brought the Photofinish 18hours liquid foundation which comes in 5 different shades.
Catrice-Photofinish-Foundation

I love my regular foundation (make-up forever) and I did just buy the Catrice as a temporary solution. However, I must say I'm fairly impressed. It glides on and gives a "flawless face" complexion. The coverage is buildable and it does seem to last! Therefore I'd definitely recommend if you are looking for a foundation on a budget!

Another Catrice favourite is their primer-which I actually use all of the time! it's silky and soft and provides an excellent base for your make-up!

What I love about Catrice is that it's very affordable!Nearly everything is well under a 10er!!  and yet the quality is of a much higher value!

Thanks for stopping by!

Hey Blog Readers!
Ok so my friday blog post has taken a bit of a back seat for the past two weeks... I'm sorry if you came looking and I didn't deliver :P but it actually takes a lot longer to blog than you would think and I have been so busy with life it's been hard to catch a blog break! :p

In my news I had a spread in The SundayWorld newspaper this week!

Headlines Make me Laugh:
I'm always interested to see what headline will be printed next because they never fail to make me giggle!
Everyone always thinks I turned down Hef in terms of being a Playmate but that is not factual. As of right now I don't have a long term work visa for the US so there is no possible way I could qualify as a Playmate without a visa (You have to be able to commit to it for a year-and Possibly two if you were to become The Playmate of the Year). What I turned down was a test photoshoot to become a playmate-my main reason for this was I knew that even if I qualified to gain the title of a Playmate my Visa situation wouldn't allow me to actually do it! Therefore I saw no point in me testing-especially since I wouldn't want nude photos of me online under any circumstances other than being a playboy playmate! However I am not against the idea! I made friends with some Playmates while in LA and I think it's a great opportunity for many! You never know what the future might hold and perhaps if I manage to get a work visa it may naturally happen as I do have a love for Playboy and a friendship with the company but who knows what life will bring? I'm very happy with the direction my life has been taking and I'm just taking everything as it comes and seeing how it unfolds naturally :) I've been so extremely blessed and lucky the past year or so and I'm rolling with it :)

hot-100

The Hot 100 is Now Down to Just 25!!
... and I'm one of them!! :)
I'm delighted to have gotten from the Top100 to the Top50 and now the Top25 Sexiest women in Ireland ... according to the Sunday World & based on a public vote! I am quite surprised & very flattered!!
When I first heard there was going to be a Hot100 I didn't hold much hope that I would be included... I guess just because I'm a Galway Girl and I don't socialise on the Dublin scene I thought I wasn't really "in with the in crowed" and I didn't put all my hopes into getting in it... however I was pleasantly surprised and of course thrilled when I was included and again to make the Top50 and now followed by the Top25 =It just keeps getting better and better!x
Thank You SO much to everyone who did vote for me and got me to this stage- I genuinely really appreciate the support! The votes are now swiped and starting at zero so it would be SHAMAZING if you could keep them coming and vote for me to see if we can make the Top10 ;)  there is no limit on how many times you can vote so if you're feeling generous you could throw me more than 1 ;)
It's fair to say I'm expecting the worst and hoping for the best ;) lol -I'm simply delighted to have got this far.. because as I said I didn't expect to last long at all originally! So I guess it's a win win situation either way because I'm happy just to have got this far and if I get further then that's fantastic too :) <3
-Please VOTE for me to see if we can possibly do the Top10 :) poll closes on Friday :P ♥
Outings!
This week I attended the Clarinbridge Oyster Festival with the ever so Lovely Laura Fox who is Miss Galway (by the way I helped to judge the Miss Galway competition so I like to think I was a fantastic judge(lol) because Laura is just stunning inside and out and she has been doing a brilliant job representing Galway ever since winning the title! ). I was asked to attend the Oyster Festival and I thought "Sure why not!" I'd never been and I always wanted to go so it sounded like a fun evening out-and it was!!
Here are a few pics from the night!
Myself and the girls grabbed a drink after.. I’m so cool with my OJ ;) (lol- orange juice)

TARTAN TAKEOVER!
Now for a Fashion WATCH OUT for Autumn/Winter 2013!
It's clear from recent fashion shows that Tartan is making a return! ... is this a good thing or a bad thing?? ... Well I'm not too sure.. I'm not Tartan's biggest fan! but there is something intriguing about it and it often comes in red (a staple for a winter wardrobe) so I can definitely see myself rocking the look this winter! Let's face it Tartan fits right in with the "Christmas theme" and I guess it's surprising that it's taken this long for it's return to the catwalk!

Glamour Magazines deputy editor says "every girl has something tartan in her wardrobe". Layer it up, like Hedi Slimane has at Saint Laurent, for a morning-after-a-marathon-party mood.
Tartan was seen at: Saint Laurent, Mulberry, Givenchy and Versace!
Tartan Takaway: Versace
How to wear : Check, plaid, tartan - call it whatever you please, just make sure you invest in it this season!
My picks for Tartan Online!
From ASOS I'm loving these funky Tartan leggings! which were €19.52 and are now only €11.71 =HIT!!
image1xl

From Boohoo.com I am feeling this preppy Tartan Cardi! casual and fashionable for only €24.00!
azz46705_red_xl
And finally from Pretty Little thing.com I like both of these skirts-the pencil skirt (€30) is punk-glam and the skater skirt (€23) gives the "sexy school girl" vibe without being overly sexy! ;)

Bold EyeBrows!
00090h_592x888
You can make your own mind up on this one but personally "I aint feeling it!!"
Large, Bold, Untameable Brows are definitely on the way back! I guess because of new style Icons such as Cara Delevingne!

Cara is definitely gorgeous and her eyebrows suite her and her image.. however it isn't for me! I've tried for a long time to get my eyebrows to be half decent so I'm not feeling letting them grow bushy and natural... I think I'll stick to the HD brow procedure.. which by the way I get done in the Fabulous Beauty Suite in Tuam!

That's all for now!!

And Please REMEMBER To keep the Votes coming!
