Nails on the Go/My new nail-life saver :)

It's my birthdayyy :) and I'm off to London with some close friends for the weekend waheeey :)

Anyhow a quick blog on these beauties :) I just picked them up in the chemist and I'm Loving them :)

Everyone knows I love Nicole Scherzinger-what can the woman not do..anyhow she models for this nail company and I had heard great reviews on them so when I saw them in a local chemist I decided to try them out and tell you about them :)

They are called 'ImPress' by Broadway Nails and they are a new type of fake nail=a press on manicure!

Basically they come in loads of different colours and patterns, they are quick and easy to use! There is no messiness, no glue involved and no drying time-BOOM!-You literally peal off the back and press them on and they are meant to last for a week (I've just put them on so I'll keep you posted on how they last me)

I went for a black and silver funky "cow-type" pattern with gold sparkles :) I'm going to London for the weekend and I've packed a variety of different outfits so black and silver seemed like a simple choice as it will go with any outfit yet the funky design is sure to give an edge to a any day or night look :)

So far I am really impressed with these nails-they feel sturdy and look great!! They come in 12different sizes and you get 24 in a packet (the packet is also a handy compact small nail varnish shape so you can put it in your bag and bring it with you incase you loose one and need a quick repair).

If you do loose a few you wouldn't have to replace immediately or remove the ones that are left ... why not paint the rest of your nails and change up the look a bit... (You could also use two different packets to get a quirky look)
Like This:

Would you try ImPress Nails? The Funky Nail for a mover and shaker ;)

Exercise

Hey :)

TheraBands
Yesterday I found an old 'Cher Exercise Video' (yes Cher..."If I could Turn back Time..!" lol) and I was feeling to lazy to go to the gym so I did the video instead. I had really forgotten just how good it is!! I'm not sure if it is still available or not... however the basics behind it were firstly an aerobic dance section and then a exercise band section to follow. I knew we had old exercise bands hanging around the house so I found them and began exercising.

I found the bands really VERY good! So I thought I'd tell you about them incase you haven't used them before :)

Exercise resistance bands are often used in Pilates classes. They are a form of strength training equipment without having to lug around weights. They are easy to store and perfect for traveling or exercising from home. They are also Cheap and Cheerful coming in a variety of colours :)

With an exercise band you can get an intense workout that includes BOTH toning and weight loss.

Exercise Bands are great for women who are afraid or reluctant when it comes to weight training however they can be just as beneficial to men.

With exercise resistant bands you can isolate and concentrate on every different muscle group.

A Pilates Exercise Video using exercise bands (loads more on youtbe)

Again just YouTube to find more Theraband exercises that you can do at home!! :)

Get fit to stay fit :)

Please Read

Today is World Meningitis day

ACT Meningitis has asked people to share the symptoms of Meningitis on their facebook Status today so that people may become aware of the symptoms and in turn it may save a life: As with Meningitis early diagnosis is everything. I thought I'd blog on this so that it will be here forever and more people may stumble across it rather than if I solely put it as my facebook status.

Any charity that is connected with meningitis is extremely close to my heart and I've reached out to ACT Meningitis to offer my help in any way that I can, as I really want to get involved and do my part.
As you may know If you follow my blog or if you know me personally: I lost my friend Sadhbh two years ago at the young age of 18 to the Meningitis Disease.

You can click here to read more about my friendship with Sadhbh on a blog I wrote based on our memories when it should have been her 21st Birthday last month.

Meningitis is very hard to detect as a lot of the symptoms are "flu-like" and often people think of the rash(-which does not disappear when a glass is rolled over it )when they think of meningitis and if the rash is not present they may delay and think that it cant be a case of Meningitis:

If you have any concerns DO NOT WAIT FOR THE RASH!! In many cases of meningitis the rash may not appear at all!!

Here are the symptoms please take a minute to read through carefully but remember not all the symptoms need to be present and can also be present in milder infections.

Babies and Infants:

  • Unusually sleepy/not waking for feeds.
  • Very irritable, does not want to be handled or picked up.
  • High temperature.
  • Limp and floppy or stiff and jerky movements
  • Not feeding as much as normal/vomiting.
  • Not easily consoled/calmed
  • Pale in colour or turning blue.
  • Breathing unusually fast.
  • Cold hands and feet.
  • Blotchy skin colour.
  • Red pin point or purplish rash (may not be present)
  • An unusual or high pitch cry.
  • A bulging soft spot on top of head.
  • Check your baby often as babies can get ill very quickly.

Toodlers and young Children:

  • Severe headache
  • Vomiting
  • High Temperature
  • Confusion/irritable
  • Very sleepy
  • Breathing unusually fast
  • Cold hands/feet /Shivering.
  • Pin prick rash or purple rash (again not always)
  • Dislike bright lights (less likely under 3)
  • Stiff neck (less likely under 3)
  • Severe muscle pain-Not happy to move about, stand or walk.
  • Jerky Body movements, possible seizures.

Adults:
  • Severe headaches
  • High fever
  • Neck stiffness
  • Dislike of bright lights
  • Joint / muscle pain
  • Vomiting.
  • Uncontrollable shivering.
  • Stomach cramps.
  • Drowsiness.
  • Confusion/aggression.
  • Seizures, uncotrolled jerky movements
Meningitis can occur at any age this is why it is important to be aware of the symptoms at all times! It is very common among young people in particular-from babies and toddlers to teens and college students. Awareness is vital!

Personally I also think it is vital not only to raise awareness of the Meningitis disease but to raise awareness and consideration when it comes to our health system to ensure that nobody is left waiting for hours in A&E before being seen-This was an experience of mine when I went into A&E last year after suffering from a collapse due to heart problems.

Act is a non-profit organisation that aims raise awareness and to educate society on the signs and symptoms or meningitis. It was established in 2011 by Siobhan and Noel Carrol, who in 2008 lost their precious daughter Aoibhe-aged 4 to Meningitis. Since losing Aoibhe Siobhan and Noel feel that there is urgent need to increase awareness and educate people of the signs and symptoms of meningitis.

Support their page on Facebook by clicking here and giving it a 'like' also visit their website to find out more about meningitis and about upcoming events that you can attend or get involved in to help the charity. http://www.actformeningitis.ie/

Please Remember Rapid medical attention is vital! Every second counts when it comes to early diagnosis of meningitis and most of all Trust your instincts!
ACT stands for:
A- ASK could these symptoms be meningitis?
C- CONTACT your doctor.
T-TIME -every second counts!!

Act today for a brighter tomorrow!

She's so Big-Headed

Hello :)

This blog has been inspired by a comment that was made to a friend of mine recently from another friend about not putting her hand on her hips in photos on her facebook because she comes across "big-headed" and nobody likes that and in turn won't like her... This is crazy to me! Firstly I would question the sincerity of a "friend" who would say this to me if I was in her situation.

What I told her when I heard this was:
The amount of times I have heard that people have called me 'big-headed' is ridiculous but I simply don't care about the people who think that... they are not real friends and they are insignificant in my life and that she should try to feel the same.

Firstly for anyone who is interested in modelling-if you are learning how to pose for the camera (and lets face it there is nobody who wants to look bad in a photo) the first thing you will be told(-as it is the easiest step to learn and develop from) is to put your hand on your hip-it immediately makes you look slimmer and taller and it also makes you pull up-right and stand straight. Lately this pose has gotten a lot of slack from people calling it the "Tea-Pot" etc... so people have picked up alternatives to this pose but the main trick is still the same and that is to keep negative space between your arm and body and this can also be done in a suttal way without directly doing the hand on hip pose.

In both of the above pictures; Rihanna and Ciara are keeping a negative space/gap between their body and arm: This works in the same way as the hand on the hip for making you look slimmer.

Also if you are interested in modelling one of the first things I would tell you is...It is NOT for you if you are going to care about comments such as "big-headed"-This comes with the territory and mostly from people who don't know anything about the industry. I would also say it is not for you if you are the type of person who will call others big-headed as you will be mixing with loads of other models and believe it or not their job is to be well-groomed and confident-especially in front of the camera!

Personally I don't see "big-headed" as an insult-I choose to judge my opinion on a person based on one simple thing... If they are nice or if they are not... If someone is nice to me I like them, if they aren't, I won't be a big fan but chances are I won't think about them again as long as they are not directly affecting my life in some way. Other things that would turn me off a person would be-A racist attitude: If I see/hear any form of racism my impression of them will go down the drain greatly! How they treat (and their general attitude) towards others and how they treat animals. Other than that I don't see any good reason not to like someone.

Why would anyone care if someone feels confident in themselves? Would you really prefer for someone to feel down in themselves? the way I see it is: we live one life and we are never going to be anyone else!you have to learn to be confident in yourself, flaunt and accentuate what you have-what you can!and to be happy with what you got-chase your dreams and live your life to the full! Don't regret what you didn't do: do it while you can. And if you are the person who is being called "big-headed" (or anything else for that matter) or spoken about behind your back-realise that the only reason is because the person talking or hating is insecure and their real issue is with themselves! Also don't listen to the negatives being mentioned by a person about another-they may well be one of these insecure negative people even if you don't realise it: get to know someone and make your own mind up based on how they treat YOU!

The only good reason not to like someone is whether they are a good human being or not.

What I Wore

Hey Blog Readers!x!

As a fashion lover I love looking at "what I wore" blogs so I definitely want to do more of them :) The problem for me is that I really don't go out very much (before last night I hadn't been out in 4months!) So I don't always get the opportunity to do going out "what I wore" blogs.

This is what I wore out last night: American Eagle skinny Jeans and a cropped blue shirt from NewLook. The weather wasn't great so I also brought a beige leather jacket and teamed the outfit with beige high heels

I got my outfit inspiration from the below picture of Rihanna. I knew I wanted to wear jeans so it was easy to just throw on the shirt and there wasn't any effort needed-fake tan wise etc... :) Looking at the above picture I wish I had opened the top button because my boobs look a little squashed-anyways not to worry: I'll know better next time-I was conscious that my belly was already on show and I didn't want to show "too much".

I am definitely not someone who thinks you shouldn't mix denims-I love mixing different denims and I think it gives a real 70/80's type look and feel to an outfit.

I had a bad hair day and my hair just wasn't working out for me so basically it was left down and scraggy :) lol, and I went for my typical going out smokey eye with light pink lipstick.

I've always been interested in doing my own make-up/hair tutorials... I'm not an expert or professional but I'm your typical girly-girl and I've done loads of different make-up and hair looks so if this is something anyone would be interested in or if there's a particular look you'd like to see me recreate just let me know in the comment box below or email  info@shahiraonline.com

Coachella/Tupac

In light of Tupac's recent resurrection... (well in the form of a hollagram...unfortunately not the real thing) I thought as a MASSIVE Tupac fan and lover of his music it is only appropriate to do a blog on the Coachella event and my thoughts on it.

If you don't know what I'm talking about you must have been living under a rock for the past few days! lol,
Basically during Snoop Dogg's show (which was Amazing!) at the Coachella festival he brought on the creme-de-la-creme in hip-hop to perform with him; everyone from Wiz Khalifa to 50Cent and even Eminem... A mini-concert of many of the greats in the space of an hour! Approximately half way through a figure rises from the stage and that figure is the legend, and one of my favourite artists in the world, Tupac... you can tell this straight away from his iconic tattoos and his whole persona and image. He addresses the crowed personally by saying "You Know Who the f**k this Is... What the F**K IS UP COACHELLA" and then goes on to perform three of his iconic songs: 'Come with me', 'Hail Mary' and 'Gangster Party' alongside Snoop Dogg. Nobody could begin to describe how amazing it was so...check it out for yourself in this video.

I find the whole thing very emotional-I'm not sure why: possibly just because I love hip-hop music so much and the sheer idea of such a legend coming back to life amazes me-For me it is as big a deal as if the King of Pop, Michael Jackson, was to come back and preform...as Tupac is like the King of Rap music and such an iconic figure to many. I went to the 'One Love' tour with Snoop Dogg and Pdiddy a couple of years back and to this day it is the best concert and performance I have ever seen! You wouldn't think that because in a sense it's a hip-hop show and there isn't much in terms of a high-production with loads of dancers and "fussiness"...it's no Lady Gaga or Britney Spears (which I've been to) gig but the Music and sheer energy and talent speaks for its self and I stood in the audience at the very front of the stage thinking I don't want to be in the audience I want to be doing what they're doing-It was just surreal-Their crowd control, everything, was just amazing and yet snoop dogg in particular had such a laid back aura around him.  I loved it-it was a brilliant night!
After being sent the above clip of Tupac's performance I went on to watch the entire Snoop Dogg set and it was again unreal! If you have a spare hour I really recommend giving it a watch.

Back to Tupac:
My favourite Tupac songs...and 2 of my favourite 3songs in the world (ironically Juicy Notorious BIG is my other 1)

'Dear Mamma' makes me think of my mum, Yasmin, who I love more than anything in the entire world and I'm not embarrassed to say that. She is the closest person to me and I could never put into words how much she means to me.

'Life Goes On' I listen to to help to encourage me to keep going with my life since loosing my longest and best friend Sadhbh 2years ago. I always loved the song but it means so much more to me now since I can relate to the words-it's about loosing a friend and having to go on with your life somehow even though it can be very difficult at times. I do feel like "All I have left are stinken'memories..." but I also appreciate a life and try to live.

Conspiracy theorists:
Now I have never been one for buying into the whole Tupac conspiracy theory that he is still alive and I've always kind of thought it was just wishful thinking on the behalf of some of his fans-However I must admit this performance has changed my mind and has me very 50/50 on the whole situation. I started watching a lot of the conspiracy videos surrounding his death on YouTube and I must say there are a lot of unanswered questions and general misguided information that has me now thinking that it could be a possibility... some might still think I'm crazy but there does seem to be way to many "mistakes" surrounding his death and I'm not saying I'm 100% for the theory but it definitely got me thinking...

  • For one Tupac never sought after the fame, what he wanted was the money and he truly loved the music-He had spoken openly about wanting to leave the limelight and the gang life-even in an interview right before his death.
  • He told a friend not to worry that he definitely was not going to be in Las Vegas (where he was killed).
  • The picture of Tupac in the car supposedly just before he was shot was proven to be a fake as there were no Keys in the ignition while the driver pretended to be driving: it was a parked car-why did they do this?
  • It was also a completely different bmw than the one in the investigation and that the police searched-you can see this clearly as there are different rims on the car.
  • Why did Tupac change his name to Makaveli before he died-This name also spells I'm alive. Also although the spelling is different Machiavelli was a 16th Century Italian philosopher who advocated the staging of one's death in order to evade one's enemies and gain power-How can this be a coincidence as it is a known fact that 2pac had enemies and wanted to leave gang life behind.
  • His album called the 7day theory-he was known to be obsessed with the number 7. He lasted 7days in the hospital before dying (there are also no pictures or evidence of Tupac in the hospital). In the video for 'I wonder if heaven got a ghetto' he goes into room no.7 with a girl-the clock in the room reads 4.03: which became his official time of death. He was 25 when he died 2 plus 5=7 theory believers say he will make his come-back in 2014: 2 plus 0 plus 1 plus 4=7, he would then be 43: 4 plus 3=7, he would have been gone for 18 years: 8 minus 1=7. Could 2012 and the Coachella event be a tester of what is to come in 2014?? to see how people react? to get the idea out there??
  • There is nothing in the last album that says 'Tupac RIP': would this not be a common protocall for an album coming out after a said artists death? Instead it says "Exit Tupac enter Makaveli".
  • All this and not to mention in many-too many, of his songs he refers to Resurrection and coming back to life. Including images of resurrection in various videos. In his song 'Ambitions of a Ridha' he says  "Blast me but they didn't finish, didn't diminish my powers so now I'm back to be a muthaf*ckin menace, they coward thats why they tried to set me up, had b*tch *ss n*ggas on my team so indeed they wet me up, but I'm Back Reincarnated". This is just one of many many examples. Also other rappers have had strange raps if the death of Tupac was legit why did 50Cent rap "Until Makaveli returns all eyes on me" and eminem refers to Tupac running away to cuba-which is where many think he went.
  • Tupac had an entourage of 50-why then are there no witnesses to the shooting? except one who was shot dead before giving evidence.
  • 2pac was known to wear a bullet proof vest everywhere he went: why then would he not be wearing one to such a public event as the Tyson fight?
  • The man who removed Tupacs body was specially requested and was also in charge of a system in America which keeps unclaimed bodies (bodies which they cant find families for) for 30days before cremating-could it have been one of these bodies that was cremated in 2pac's place?
  • The autopsy certificate is all wrong: it states that Tupac weighed 215 pounds-which for his height would of had him bordering on Obese (one can clearly see by looking at Tupac that this was not the case) on a legal document tupac received two months before it stated he only weighed 165pounds and was 5'7. they also had the height wrong on the autopsy stating he was 6ft. It also has the wrong national security number and claims it is Tupac's number-yet the number used was registered 5years after his birth and is still in use today.
  • There is one photo of his autopsy: which is missing his neck tattoo and his face is not visible.
  • They cremated his body in less than 24hours after his death: why would they do this?-this is not a normal rate especially when considering this was a murder case.
  • in 2011 Suge knight as good as told the world 2pac is alive in this video:

There are numerous sources of so-called "evidence" listed on the internet from song lyrics to videos and I would be here all night trying to highlight all of them. People can make their own minds up... I'm not sure what I think to be honest. As I said I'm very 50/50-I would love to believe that 2pac is and has been alive and also that there may be a possibility of a come back... perhaps that is my wishful thinking... Maybe... :)

I wonder if I may know a man who could-well personally know the answer to this question... The wonderful Steve Lobel-who's blog/interview with me you can read by clicking here.

What do you think of this whole situation?
It's certainly got the conspiracy theorists thinking in overload if nothing else... and perhaps adding a few more believers to their theory (cough cough-me).

Results Ireland

Heyyy!! :)

Here's a blog I did wayy back in February when I did a quick shoot for Results Ireland with Dave from results, Saibh Egan photography and Make-up by Flora. It then joins up with today which was the first day I began training wit Results.Ire.

4th-Feb-12:
I did a shoot today for Results Ireland with trainer Dave Gallagher, photographer Saibh Egan and Make-up By Flora in the Salthill Hotel (which by the way has the most amazing gym). Had a good day-although I did get a couple of fits of giggles along the way :)
The shoot was unlike any shoot I had done before... in terms of, firstly, make-up was very plain=natural foundation with only a little blusher and lipgloss, no eye make-up at all except mascara (no fake lashes), also normally, I am a big poser and I flirt away with the camera but this time I had to pretend like I was really working out (although it wasn't too hard because we were a little=those squats were hard to hold at times :p). I was to look over the camera and not directly at it, which was a little different for me, and Dave was in a lot of the pictures as well acting like he was training me and I was responding to his training. With modelling you never stop learning.. every shoot is different-so it was cool to do a fitness themed photoshoot especially because fitness is very important to me so it'll be interesting to see the resulting pictures ;)

At the beginning I was trying to act fairly 'serious' as I just thought to myself about how I normally look when working out and  the truth is I'm not full of smiles while I'm slaving/sweating away, ha :) but as it went on I learnt that it was ok to throw a few cheesy grins in there and I eased into it a little more.

LMFAO's new song kepttt going around and around in my head, ha, and not because of "I'm sexy and I know it" as a few smartalikes might be thinking ;) but because I-I-I-I-WORKOUT! haha Love that song #SoFunny :)

Dave from ResultsIreland.com is going to be my new trainer when I'm in Galway and I'm looking forward to seeing what he has in store for me... I go to the gym a lot myself but I'm not a professional I just do my own thing so I'm excited to see how my body will improve with his help over the course of a couple of months :) #CantWait :)
Although I think he might be letting himself in for something like this YouTube Video haha :)

April:
Skip forward to April and I'm now on the front of the Result Ireland studio in the Lisban Industrial estate in Galway.

Tuesday April 17th:
Today was my first day actually training with Dave and I'm delighted to have got the ball rolling: I must admit although fitness is important to me and I go to the gym a lot: I do get stuck in a rut of the same routine and I'm not too sure how to mix it up. I'm not great at doing my own thing with out the help of a machine for example I'd be much more likely to jump on the treadmill rather than do a series of squats etc.. so I know he'll be a great help in that area and weight training etc...

Although I have put on a couple of pounds since Christmas and I'd like to get those off and return to my normal size on time for Summer-the goal for me is not about loosing weight as such but more about toning my legs and just generally being the fittest I can be.. i'm only young once :) haha.

I'll keep you posted on how I get on :)

Fashion Fix

My god I think I may shop in Penneys WAY too much :) lol, But honestly they have such nice things in there at the moment!

Here's what I brought today :)

This cropped Blazer (25e)...I love Blazers especially with a shoulder pad-because I love shoulder pads, hehe-They really give you an hour glass figure and make your waist look tiny :)

For me a blazer is a wardrobe essential-I have a white one, a green one, a regular black one, a black sequined one and now a multi-coloured chain patterned one... and I'm sure I'm not done with my blazer purchases yet :)

My fashion inspiration was this picture :)

I love mixing prints-I think it gives an overall "funkier" look and it is much more fun to mix-it-up and be creative rather than being  "matchy-matchy".

You might remember I brought this Skirt in another colour a few weeks back Click here to see that blog :) but I still plan on finding the skirt in the colour above also...I'm loving turquoise at the minute :)

On a mannequin I spotted a fab little sheer shirt also in chain detail and it matched the skirt I already have perfectly so I picked it up as well :)
11e
What I like about all three (the skirt, blazer and shirt) is that they can be paired together and create one look or you can take them individually and make a variety of different outfits and looks... e.g. the blazer with a pair of jeans and a casual tee, the skirt with a pair of flipflops and a tee or vest top for a day look and the shirt with a pair of shorts or jeans.. whatever your feeling :) Lots of different outfits from one :)

Happy Shopping :)

Amazing hair Volume :)

Ohhhh I just found a brilliant Root lifter that I thought I'd share with you :)

I have really long hair which is natural and not from hair extensions-hair extensions are great for instant volume without the need for much back-combing etc... however if your hair is naturally long, and although you have a lot of it and it can be thick, it can also be difficult to get volume at the roots because it is so heavy that gravity naturally pulls the hair down flattening the roots-which is not good if you, like me, love BIG hair :)

I get my hair back-combed and teased wayyy too much!! It's a part of shoots so I have to put up with it but it really isn't ideal for your hair and keeping it healthy. Therefore I am always looking for a solution which will lead to less back-combing or none at all :)

Introducinggggggggggggg......................

V05 Volume Boost Gel Spray!!!

A miracle worker!!

I am so impressed by this product! It's brilliant!
I have used my fair share of different root lifting sprays but I think the fact that this one is in a gel form is what makes it different and really gives that lasting root lift and HOLD.

Don't be put off by the word 'Gel'-I must admit I worried incase it would leave my hair feeling sticky: especially because you use this product after washing your hair and nobody wants sticky hair straight after cleaning it but it wasn't a problem at all.

How to use:
Use this product on towel dried or almost dry hair.. Spray the product directly onto the roots especially on the sides and around the crown area and use your fingers to rub it in. For the best results flip your hair upside down when spraying and blow dry this way also. Remember to use a round brush :)

From Flat and straight...

To Fab and big... :)

Did I mention It's really cheap! approx 4.50e

Happy Volumizing :)

Steal Rihanna's Day Look!!

I Love this Look!!

What I LOVE about Rihanna is that she doesn't seem to care...in terms of-she doesn't fit a "niche" she seems to do what she wants and wear what she wants.. sometimes you see her in girly glamorous dresses other times she's rocking biker boots and ripped leggings... her fashion is not at all predictable she just wears what she feels like that day and I think that is the best way to be :)

I was happy to see this look the other day because I immediately thought "mmmm I could steal that" ;)
I have a very similar Jacket that I found in PENNEYS! and in this case it's all about the jacket and the rest of the outfit is very simple.

  • White shorts you can get anywhere especially coming into the spring and summer time :)

I like the lace pattern on these-They're from NewLook :)
  • Avatar Glasses-ASOS.com :)

  • Gray Tee-Penneys/Newlook/Anywhere :)

I love Sculls! I got this Gray vest recently in NewLook :)

  • Bangles-Penneys.

  • Necklace-Newlook :)

I love this necklace that I brought in NewLook because it's one necklace with lots of chains-saves the hassle :) The pearls add a feminine touch yet the harsher chains are more of a rock look! I love to funk-up an outfit by mixing different styles together.
  • Lipstick: any nude-pink colour: e.g. I Love Pink Pout by Revlon or Blankety by Mac :)

Kim.K wearing Blankety by Mac

Revlon 'Pink Pout'
Mac 'Blankety'

Hair: It's difficult to see from the picture exactly how Rihanna has her hair but it reminds me a lot of a Mohawk look I had for a shoot.

A Mohawk seems difficult but it's actually really easy and quick... All you need to do is tie your hair up in a high pony tail, curl the hair that's in the pony tail (doesn't need to be perfect=quick and messy is fine) and then begin to clip the curls into place: bringing half of the pony tail to the front and half to the back, keeping the sides sleek and pulled back. There you have it ;) you're done! ;)

Happy Style Stealing ;)

Lots of Love
